1. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments at GC Beauty Aesthetics Clinic must be booked in advance. We offer various booking methods, including in-person, by phone, or online. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and varies depending on the treatment selected.

2. NonRefundable Deposit Policy

All deposits paid to secure an appointment at GC Beauty Aesthetics Clinic are nonrefundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event that you need to reschedule, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date.

3. 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Additionally, clients who cancel late may be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost before booking future appointments. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged, and you may be required to pay in full when booking future treatments.

4. Lateness Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment, and in some cases, we may not be able to perform the treatment in full. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and your deposit may be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but this is not always possible.

5. Payment Policy

The balance of your treatment cost is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments must be made in full before leaving the clinic.
In the event of any payment disputes, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover outstanding amounts.


6. Treatment Suitability

We provide detailed consultations before every treatment to ensure that the selected treatment is suitable for you. If during the consultation it is determined that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will discuss alternative options. In some cases, the deposit may be refunded or applied to an alternative treatment.

7. Liability

GC Beauty Aesthetics Clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of failing to follow aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged on the premises.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GC Beauty Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or in person.
